Upon earning his BA in Fine Art (Painting), Allan Morgan ventured into the world of illustration within publishing. His subsequent professional painting endeavours have primarily centred on realist landscape depictions. The driving force behind his creativity remains rooted in his deep affection for the play of light, colour, and atmosphere in the natural world.

Allan demonstrates his finely tuned skills in conveying a sense of serenity in his landscapes. The gradient between the dark sky to the light warmth of the horizon creates a striking contrast with the calm, pale sand of the beach, adding a depth to the scene. He invites us to reflect on the beauty that he provides in the quiet calm of the scene.
